i have better things to do. i have to sort out the lingering messes in my life before i go to USC. & oh, how i wish i could bypass all of the hard parts & just LEAVE. because at USC, i am a different person. the minute i stepped on that campus again i felt like i belonged there. it opens up my eyes, eliminates my crippling shyness & forces me to be a better person. any thoughts i had of my life here were few & far between & only depressed me, not because i would miss it, but because it held me back for so long. i don’t even want to waste my time writing about it.

i’m just getting rid of all the high school bullshit that still goes on with some people, because i’m ready to rise above that. i’ll take with me the people that never made me feel worthless because they are the friends that will withstand the test of time. all the other ones, with their bitterness & lies & self-righteousness, i can live without. because one day she’ll wake up & see that she was the one who made herself miserable, one day he’ll realize that his whole life added up to nothing more than selfish mistakes, one day she’ll fall off of her high horse & no one will be there to pick her up.

you can all stay in that place & pine for better days. i’m done with doing that. my better days are ahead of me, not behind me.

There is a point in your life when you get tired of chasing everyone and trying to fix shit. It's not giving up, it's realizing you don't need certain people or the shit they bring with them. It's called living and learning.
